Harkless Receives the Jake

Senator Leonard Harkless received this year’s Jake Award. Leonard’s tireless effort to provide the Jaycees and Senate with plaques and awards for so many years has not gone unnoticed by the Senate. He usually works behind the scenes and while the rest of us are enjoying the festivities Leonard is busy engraving plaques. In the photo, Leonard speaks to the gathering while last year's winner, Phaedra Raymond (in red), looks on. Congratulations Leonard!!!
